Also known as bridle or saddle leather, the hides are naturally stiff, so no need for linings. This leather has a smooth finish, waxed and dyed for a rich, glossy appearance. As it becomes more pliable and produces an aged patina over time, this is the longest-lasting of the leathers.

Our linens are made from sustainably sourced cotton and are available in a range of colours complimentary to our leather catalogue. Inspired by real suede leather, our suede imitation linings have the same plush feel. Soft to the touch, the texture is identical to that of real suede, giving a very tactile, perhaps unexpected finishing detail to your luxury leather products. Supremely sustainable, our Toile Ocean lining is an innovative new option which we’re proud to offer. It repurposes plastic waste collected from the world’s oceans which is transformed into yarn using an award-winning process. That yarn is then used to create a high-quality lining which has a pleasing texture and a wide choice of colours. Tough and durable, it’s hardwearing and suitable for items in heavy use such as menus and wine lists. Available in a choice of 8 colours.
